Exeter office
Fullstop Fire & Security Limited was
formed in September 2001 based in the growing city of Exeter. Fullstop Exeter relocated
into a purpose built office suite in October 2010. The new location in Chancel Lane
affords quick access to all major roads enabling Fullstop Exeter to serve the South
West as a regional company.
Fullstop Fire & Security Ltd merged
with
Advanced Security Developments (ASD) in September 2011 and their two
partners Mathew Nalder and Mathew Austin have joined Fullstop. The merger not only
increases the number of contracted customers but also enhances the expertise and
experience of Fullstop's engineering team.
Doug Robertson - Managing Director
Started in the Security Industry as an apprentice in 1983 with a Major Security
Company where he had a good grounding in Engineering, before moving into Technical
Sales in 1994. He was a Branch Manager with a West Country based Company before
being instrumental in the formation of Fullstop, which he has run since it commenced
trading in 2001.
Dave Robertson - Sales Director
Has been in the Security Industry for 51 years and his experience includes operating
as an Engineer, Surveyor, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and National Sales Director
level for a major security company as well as running his own NACOSS approved company
for 12 years. Dave supported his son Doug in the formation of the company providing
the expertise to ensure the company was built on solid foundations, now fully based
in London Dave still provides valuable support to the Exeter organisation.

Mark Tucker - Installation Manager
Has been in the industry for 17 years with Engineering, Sales and Management experience.
Mark has moved up through the ranks at Fullstop in Exeter and is a valuable member
of the team.
Terry Skeggs - Service Manager
Has been in the industry for 3 years with Fullstop, adding to his experience in
the office equipment servicing business.
London Office
Fullstop Fire & Security Systems Limited
was formed in June 2003. Originally operating from Wood Green in London the company
has gone from strength to strength and relocated in July 2008 to a larger self-contained
two-story office block in Enfield, Middx.
Fullstop Fire & Security Ltd purchased
the shares of
Crisdan Security Systems Ltd in October
2008 and they have been integrated into the London Headquarters in Enfield.
Fullstop Fire & Security Ltd also purchased
the shares of
Monitor Fire Limited in August 2011 and their offices in Chatham
are trading as a new Fullstop branch. The merger not only increases the number of
contracted customers but also enhances the expertise and experience of Fullstop's
management and engineering team with regard to fire systems and extinguishers.

Started as an apprentice at a Company called Rely-A-Bell in May 1960. Dave's experience
includes operating as an Engineer, Surveyor, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and
National Sales Director level for a major security company as well as running his
own NACOSS approved company for 12 years. Dave supported his son Doug in the formation
of the company providing the expertise to ensure the company was built on solid
foundations, now fully based in London Dave still provides valuable support to Exeter.

Neil Barber - Operations Director
Has 27 years experience in the Fire and Security industry, which includes 12 years
trading as Premier Services carrying out installation and maintenance of all forms
of security, fire and data systems. He has also been Operations Manager for a Quality
Assured local security company.
Deryck Bottomley - Director
Has been in the Fire industry for 40 years including working for 3 major fire companies
at engineer, surveyor and contract manager level. He then spent 12 years as a Director
of a NACOSS approved company, developing his knowledge of the electronic security
industry. Deryck formed
Monitor Fire in 2001 and was appointed to the Board
of Fullstop in August 2011 following the integration of the 2 Companies.
Natalie Breen - Admin Manager
Has been in the Security industry for 14 years and her experience includes 8 years
as Office Manager of a major security company. As well as having responsibility
for Fullstops office procedures, Natalie heads up the Sales, Marketing and Finance
areas of the business.
Anderson Slocombe - Engineering Manager
Anderson came into the Fire and Security business 19 years ago after qualifying
as an electrician with the London borough of Brent. Anderson joined Fullstop after
working for two major security companies. As well as having overall responsibility
for Fullstops engineering, Anderson runs the Fire systems and extinguisher division.
LLuigi Miniello - Installation Manager
Has been in the security industry for 22 years and his prior experience includes
Service and Installation manager, Marketing manager and Customer service manager
for a Nationwide company.
People
In addition to the extensive experience of the principals, Fullstop employ professional
and qualified Engineers and Administrative people with all of the necessary skills
and expertise. The Company looks to employ people with a helpful and friendly outlook
as well as for their knowledge and experience.
Apart from ongoing Health & Safety and equipment training for experienced Engineers
Fullstop also support the Skills for Industry training for youngsters. This involves
day release training and education at local Colleges together with 'on the job'
training culminating in a Level 3 qualification for Security Installations.
Credentials
Both Companies are National Security Inspectorate (NSI) approved, the NSI are the
premier inspectorate body for the security industry. In addition to monitoring their
approved companies with regard to British and European Standards the NSI have Codes
of Practice for Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access control (which includes door entry
systems). Fullstop are
NSI NACOSS Gold approved in both offices
and
BAFE (accreditation for Fire Alarm Systems) in Exeter. In addition
to the NSIs training and monitoring of Health & Safety issues Fullstop are
SAFEContractor, Safe4site, Link-Up & Exor
and Contractor
Plus Approved.
